| The SEESAW project (science and engineering with electromagnetic and surface acoustic waves) is about
experimental investigation of light manipulation in nanophotonic devices by means of MHz and GHz surface
acoustic waves (SAWs). In particular the project will investigate the modulation of different kind of
waveguides with a special emphasis on photonic band gap (PBG) materials.....
