| Aculight and Koheras sign joint marketing agreement |
| Aculight Corporation, a developer of laser technologies, and Koheras, a developer and manufacturer of fiber lasers, entered into a joint marketing agreement in which Koheras will exclusively sell and market Aculight's Argos single-frequency, continuous-wave, multi-Watt, tunable optical parametric oscillator (OPO) in several European countries, including the U.K., Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, BeNeLux, and the Nordic countries.
