Dear members of the Danish Optical Society,
DOPS – the Danish Optical Society is an Affiliated Society of the European Optical Society (EOS), the umbrella organisation for the European optics and photonics and community with more than 6,000 members (www.myeos.org). Being member of DOPS, you are automatically entitled to become member of the EOS also. Today, we would like to inform about the benefits this membership is offering and how to activate your associate EOS membership through DOPS at no additional costs. |

- Reduced publication rates for JEOS:RP - the electronic Journal of the European Optical Society - Rapid Publications at www.jeos.org
- Free subscription to the Optics & Laser Europe magazine (OLE) published by IOPP
- Reduced subscription rates for the EOS Journal of Optics A published by IOPP
- Special rates for the Journal of Modern Optics (69 Euro; regular: 2821 Euro) and Waves in Random and Complex Media (69 Euro; regular: 149 Euro) published by Taylor & Francis; subscriptions by EOS members must be made via www.crcpress.com. Membership must be confirmed by EOS.
- German-speaking EOS members from outside Germany are entitled to a 50% discount on subscriptions to the Photonik magazine published by the AT-Fachverlag
